David J. Ruyle, Jr. was born in La Jolla, California. In 1998 Mr. Ruyle he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Baylor University.
Mr. Ruyle received his Juris Doctor degree from Trinity Law School in 2001 where he was the Research Editor for the Trinity Law Review. He is currently a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and Notary Public.

He focuses his practice on all areas of business planning, which include formations of entities, business operations and management.

Mr. Ruyle enjoys contributing to the development of his community and its student body. In May of 2010 he became an adjunct professor at Westwood College and transitioned to University of Phoenix's School of Criminal Justice. Furthermore, in October of 2010 he became a sworn California Peace Officer where he has been able to observe firsthand the criminal elements within San Diego County while working to preserve the peace.
